1.1 These conditions apply to all services provided by 4rc.nl. Services are matter such as supply, sale, repairing, maintenance of rc equipment and all other related matter.

1.2 4rc.nl does not accept any conditions of the costumer, unless there is a common agreement to do so.

1.3 Any deviation in the conditions will be shared with the costumers in writing.

1.4 4rc.nl keeps the right to change the conditions at will.

 

 

2.1 Prices given in any form are not binding. This applies to 4rc.nl and emails send to the costumers.

2.2 4rc.nl keeps the right to change pricing at its sole discretion. Costumers with pending orders will be notified of this.

2.3 Prices stated on the 4rc.nl website are not binding. In the event of a typographical or other error consumers will be notified.

2.4 The by the webshop generated shipping cost is not binding, when different the costumer will be notified.

2.5 The automated order confirmation generated by the webshop is not binding. The costumer will get a personal email by one of our employees with payment details, including shipping&handling cost.

2.6 Goods are shipped after receiving payment.

2.7 If goods are backordered the costumer has the right to hold payment until the backorder is filled. The costumer will be notified of this.

2.8 4rc.nl has the right to change prices on backordered items if the rate of exchange deviates more than 2% between the original order and the time of delivery. The costumer will be notified of this.

2.9 All pricing on the 4rc.nl website are including VAT.

2.10 The goods are shipped at the costumers own risk, 4rc.nl cannot be held liable for any missing shipments.

2.11 Stated shipping estimates are based on estimates given to 4rc.nl by shipping companies, 4rc.nl cannot be held liable if shipping where to take longer than expected.

2.12 We will only ship to EU countries.

2.13 If an article becomes unavailable 4rc.nl will refund the whole value of that article.

2.14 Pictures on the website may differ from the products sold. Things like colour and technical specifications are most likely to be different in some occasions.

 

 

3.1 In case of defects and/or returning products the costumer should notify 4rc.nl in writing within 10 days after the sale. After this 10 day period we do not accept any claims regarding defects or returning products.

3.2 All products that have factory warranty will be repaired under this warranty if needed. Shipping cost from the costumer to 4rc.nl are to be paid by the costumer, all other costs will be paid by 4rc.nl unless agreed otherwise.

3.3 When modified or damaged in any way from by external sources, warranty will not be offered. This also applies to the removal of stickers with serial numbers. Products can be offered for repair, but this would be at the costumers cost. After repair the products will be returned to the costumer when payment is received.

3.4 When a product is repaired under warranty, the warranty period isn't automatically expanded, it just continues.

3.5 Warranty and returned products will only be accepted in the original packaging.

3.6 When repaired, a 90 day warranty is given on the repair unless agreed otherwise.

3.7 There is no warranty on batterys

 

 

4.1 Returning products is only possible after contacting 4rc.nl.

4.2 Returned products will only be accepted in the original packaging.

4.3 When returning products shipping is at the costumers own risk, he also pays for the shipping.

4.4 The value of the returned products (minus the shipping&handling) will be refunded to the costumer after the arrival of the goods.

4.5 Products that are not part of the normal stock and have been specially ordered cannot be returned. 

 

 

5.1 4rc.nl cannot be held responsible in any case for damage or collateral damage made by products supplied by 4rc.nl.

5.2 4rc.nl cannot be held responsible by the costumer for damage of others.

5.3 Liability will never be higher than the height of bill on which we are liable.  

5.4 4rc.nl can never be held liable for any damage or collateral damage caused by not being able to deliver goods that have become unavailable.

5.5 4rc.nl can never be held liable for damage caused by delay of shipping.

5.6 4rc.nl can never be held liable for any damage caused by the usage of the 4rc.nl website.

5.7 The liability provisions declared in 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 are  related to all persons that order from 4rc.nl.

5.8 For the remaining provisions the Dutch statute book of criminal law becomes effective.
